Hello! I think everybody that knows me could tell you how little I like communicating via social media and frankly I am not very good at it, but I try.
I have always preferred face to face and it will always be my preference.
I have been quieter than usual lately and that is because I've taken my own advice and I've been resting and looking after myself. I have been making lemonade sort of speak. You know the saying, when life gives you lemons...I am now ready to welcome you all back in the treatment room in Poole with all things reflexology. I am there Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and Friday and Saturday mornings. I look forward to seeing you all, old and new clients❤️

I am in the process of making changes regarding how to contact me about the treatments I offer. My website is no longer active.

The main treatments I offer at the moment are:

Foot reflexology, Facial reflexology, Hand reflexology, Reflexology for menopause, Reflexology for pregnancy, Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), Reiki charge reflexology.

Our Story

I’ve been a holistic therapist since 2013, offering Reiki, Reflexology (foot, hand, facial), Baby and Toddler Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage with Reflexology Points, Hot Stone Reflexology and Seva Acupressure for Stress Release. I am passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing. My first experience in the world of holistic therapies was through wanting to improve my own health which later on lead me to train as a therapist as I wanted other people to benefit as much as I did, and still do!
