✨ When you really do it, it really works ✨
Week one of complete and I’m loving feeling in control and motivated 💪🙌.
Big wins for the week:
✅ Been more intentional… and more planning
✅ More focus on 1/3 Speed Free Foods
✅ Weighed and measured like a pro
✅ No ‘that little bit won’t matter’ moments
✅ Navigated Pancake Day, a day with the niblings, 2 cinema trips and 2 meals out
I’m not gonna lie, there were a couple of days where I could easily have gone over my daily Swips allowance…
But this challenge has reminded me how important my weight loss is to me, how I can stay on track whatever my week entails - and how much I flippin’ love Food Optimising and the flexibility it gives ❤️.
It’s not about perfection…
It’s not about punishment…
It’s not about going hungry.
It’s following the plan, committing to give it your best shot, trusting the process and seeing the results.
And knowing we’re all in it together 🥰.
