We are not powerless, we are not victims and this is not a time to shrink back.
Humanity has always had the tools to protect itself against darkness, to restore balance when things fall out of alignment. What we are being asked to do now is remember, becoming aware of our collective shadow, the ‘monster’ that now sends clearly in the room and the power that we have given away.
At this time, many of us are receiving what can only be described as deep energetic remembrance, codes, patterns, sequences, ways of working that predate written history or living memory. These are not new teachings, but old ones returning, sacred geometry, fractals, rites, rhythms, and practices that once kept yin and yang in balance and humanity aligned with the living intelligence of the Earth.
This is not ‘light’ as a concept or ideal.
It is a coherent, stabilising force, so strong that no dark ritual, manipulation of natural law, or misuse of power can diminish it.
Many of us already work with these energies.
We clear heavy or distorted energies from our clients, homes, land, and sacred spaces. We hold people through trauma, fragmentation, and transition. What is different now is the scale of what is being asked.
This work is no longer only personal or local.
There is a call to action for collaboration, for those who already know how to work cleanly, ethically, and grounded, to begin holding the field together on a wider, planetary level.
Not through force, or through fear, but through coherence.
The Unravelling We Are Witnessing.
What we are living through is the unravelling of thousands of years of imbalance, systems built on dominance, suppression of natural ways of living, and the misuse of power. This affects all of us, regardless of belief, background, or political position.
Even those who once upheld these systems can no longer deny that something is breaking down.
What we are seeing is not random chaos.
It is the consequence of long-standing distortion finally reaching its limits.
Few of us could have imagined, even in 2020, how rapidly things would begin to fall apart. And yet here we are, watching structures strain, truths surface, and collective illusions crack.
This is not only the collapse of external systems, it is also a cracking of the collective psyche.
For many people, what is emerging is shocking, disorienting, and deeply destabilising. For many others, what is coming out now has been known of for many years, the horror shocked us too, but we’ve had more time to do the shadow work, trauma work and the spiritual integration needed to now feel steadier, but we must remain patient and compassionate with those who are only just beginning their process of reckoning.
This is not a time for spiritual superiority, it is a time for maturity.
Speaking About What We Don’t Like to Name.
In this March energy update, I want to speak about something our culture often avoids, how we relate to demons, dark energies, and shadow forces.
In many spiritual traditions around the world, this is not taboo. It is accepted that distorted or destructive forces arise, especially where trauma, disconnection, and misuse of power have gone unaddressed and that these forces must be met consciously, skilfully, and without denial.
When I speak of demons or dark energies, I am not talking about sensational figures or external enemies. I am speaking about forces that arise when consciousness fragments:
Unintegrated trauma
Greed and hunger for control
Disconnection from land, body, and lineage
The misuse of ritual or power without heart
Left unattended, these forces do not dissolve on their own.
Different traditions have always known this.
Buddhism offers practices of loving-kindness and presence that dissolve attachment and fear.
Yogic and Hindu traditions understand the power of mantra, the Om and sound to create coherence and protection in the subtle body.
Shamanic cultures work with ritual, drumming, land-based practices, and spirit alliances to restore balance.
It is largely in the modern Western world that we have forgotten the importance of this work and in that forgetting, allowed distortion to grow unchecked.
A Call to Those Already Doing the Work.
The energy moving through this time carries a call to action,
If you are someone who already works with light, clears heavy or distorted energies, tends land or spaces, or holds others through deep transformation;
It is a call to, work with greater clarity, strengthen boundaries and containment, collaborate consciously with others who work cleanly and ethically it’s time to call on the spirits of our ancestors to help us to remember how we keep balance.
Remember light and truth respond only from a regulated body, a pure heart and deep compassion.
Holding the Line Together.
This is not about fighting an enemy, it’s about holding coherence while distortion collapses.
The web of imbalance that has enveloped our world unravels not through aggression, but because it cannot survive in the presence of integrated awareness and embodied light.
If you feel called to step forward, do so gently.
If you need to rest, that is part of the work too.
If you are unsure, stay present and grounded, clarity will come.
We are remembering together.
