This space holds memories it
A few years ago, during our Wellbeing Festival, this room became a sanctuary of sound — breath slowing, nervous systems softening, minds gently letting go.
Now, the sound baths continue... and they. ye deepened.
We’ve recently welcomed a new gong into the family — a powerful, low-frequency presence that works less on the mind and more on the body. You don’t listen to this one so much as feel it: through the chest, the belly, the bones.
Sound baths here aren’t about escaping life — they’re about returning to yourself.
Lying held by rhythm, vibration, and resonance, the system remembers how to settle, restore, and reset.
If you’re craving deep rest, emotional release, or simply an hour where nothing is asked of you... this is your invitation.
