The Visa Bulletin for April 2023 has been issued and the EB3 priority dates for the Philippines and various other countries are still current! 🙌🎉
Unfortunately, India and China are still retrogressed right now. 😕
We know there has been a lot of concern regarding USCIS's announcement that retrogression may be a possibility for the Philippines and Mexico. We have spoken to our attorney regarding this and he feels it is nothing to worry about and if retrogressed at all it will be minor.
