The festive season can be fun, but it can also be overwhelming. It’s okay to feel a mix of emotions, and it’s important to make time for yourself.
Set boundaries: It’s okay to say no.
- Take breaks: Rest is just as important as celebration.
- Talk: Speak to someone if you feel lonely or stressed.
- Be kind to yourself: You’re doing your best.

The PCN Health & Wellbeing Clinic and Respiratory Clinics in Poundbury are relocating to a new site this autumn.

The clinics are currently based at 4 Frederick Treves House, St John Way, Poundbury, Dorchester, DT1 2FD, where the last appointments will take place on 18th September 2025.

From 6th October 2025, all appointments will be held at The Old Cereal Factory, Peverell Avenue East, Poundbury, Dorchester, DT1 3WE.

There will be a short pause in services between 19th September and 5th October to allow the move to be completed and the new site to be fully prepared. Clinics will resume at the new premises from 6th October.
