Our Prehabilitation for Hip Surgery Event last night was a huge success!

Mr Peter Ward, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, and Sarah Boulton, Senior Physiotherapist, led an incredibly informative session on how strengthening your body before hip surgery can support a smoother recovery.

They shared practical, achievable tips on building confidence, improving mobility, and getting ready both physically and mentally. Guests asked lots of great questions - and the event was so popular we even had a waiting list! It was wonderful to see such strong community interest.
