Many thanks to Dr Desikachar for the most amazing start to our 3 Year Viniyoga Teacher Training. He gave a 3 day seminar on the Subtle Anatomy of Yoga, (also open to the general public) I think he blew everyone’s mind with his amazing knowledge and got our 15 trainees off to an an exciting and enthusiastic start ! We look forward to welcoming him back in the Autumn for more inspiring teachings

We had the most amazing start to our 3year Viniyoga Teacher Training with this wonderful group of trainees over the Easter weekend. Four days of hard work, laughter , tears and the beginning of an exciting journey, and myself are feeling very blessed to have such a wonderful start 🥰
