How to strengthen your legs and core and improve posture… all at the same time! 😍

Find some wall space or use a door πŸšͺ

1. Get into a squat position with the legs at 90 degree angles.

2. Engage the core by pressing the lower back into the wall

3. Place arms in a W position against the wall - elbows shoulder height

4 Slide the arms slowly up and down trying to keep the elbows in co tact with the wall

Repeat for 60- secs twice a day.

Good posture is key to preventing back and neck pain, a positive mindset and boosting self confidence πŸ’•πŸ€—
