Another 5⭐ review, and whilst I’m grateful for every one, this one really sums up what I aim for. Of course I want people to feel better after a session. But more than that, I want them to feel:

• Clear on what’s actually going on
• Confident in their body
• In control of their recovery
• And equipped to reduce the chances of it coming back

The research consistently shows that when patients understand their condition and feel empowered, outcomes improve. And when someone comes to see me through a personal recommendation? That trust genuinely means a lot.

✔️ Chair sit-to-stand to build leg strength
✔️ Seated marching to improve hip control and coordination
✔️ Single-leg stand to challenge balance safely

They can be done at home, little and often, and adjusted to suit your ability. If you’re ever unsure, have something nearby to hold onto for support.

They’re often a mix of things like tension, posture, stress, and daily habits all adding up over time. The aim isn’t just to mask the pain, but to figure out what’s driving it and help you manage it long term.
