✨ Interested in starting YOGA in 2026? ✨
For the past five years I’ve worked weekly on a 1:1 Zoom basis with two students who were completely new to yoga.
They’ve shared that since starting, they notice life differently — even watching sunsets with a new sense of presence. They feel calmer, stronger, and more balanced, both physically and mentally. Others comment on the change in them, and they even say their relationship is better for their practice (but they practice individually!)
Yoga has become a part of their lives — a place to return to for grounding and connection as well bringing awareness to how they move and breathe in every day life.
If you’d like to start yoga but don’t feel ready for a group class, or would like a more personalised approach, I offer 1:1 Zoom sessions.
You'll need
A mat, blocks, yoga belt
An open mind
There is no guarantee that things will change overnight..but they will improve with time and commitment to yourself.
You DO NOT need to be flexible or young.
