This date 4 years ago, saw our first ever day opening for The Community Wardrobe.♻️

It all started on a Thursday at The Point in Lyons Court (which we are eternally grateful for their support) & now moved onto Dorking Christian Centre on Fridays and become bigger & bigger.
All thanks to the wonderful Dorking community ☺️♻️

We will be closed this coming Friday (5th) but will return back on September 12th at our usual time.Many thanks 🙏🏻♻️

Time to get those quizzing buddies together!!!

Our annual quiz date has been secured for Friday 10th October at Dorking Christian Centre.

Bookings can now be taken, so please email us at thecommunitywardrobe@gmail.com to secure your place.

For anyone who hasn’t taken part before… it is a fun packed evening, with a fantastic raffle and a tasty chilli supper aswell as the usual quiz.

Just bring your own drinks (alcohol permitted) & a bowl/plate & cutlery of your own. Also, if you wouldn’t mind taking any rubbish home with you, as we don’t have use of any bins or ways of disposing rubbish. Many thanks ☺️

A huge thank you to everyone who came in today, for our very first ever GIVEAWAY DAY. We are so pleased that it was a massive success, seeing over 500 items being reused, recycled or up-cycled. Saving more clothing and accessories from landfill.
It was also so lovely seeing new people come in today and we hope to see you all again on other weeks too 😊.

Please come along and see what treasures you can find amongst our rails.

We ask that you still bring the items you’re taking to our desk, so we can keep a check on how much is leaving the premises for our stats. Also returning our hangers too, thank you.

For one day only, all of the clothing either on the rails or on the tables will be free for anyone to take what they can use. So please come along on the 29th August to see if there is anything for you ♻️
