When performed regularly, it can be both prevention and treatment for a wide range of mental and physical illnesses including dementia, high blood pressure, heart conditions, depression, anxiety, stress and low self esteem. However being active doesn’t have to mean doing sport, running miles or going to the gym. Our short, easy to follow along videos provide new and enjoyable movements that are low impact on the body and easily built into a daily routine.

Our Story

The Studio Indigo is a small local fitness studio, based in Westcott at the heart of the Surrey hills, that provided Postural Assessments and teaches a variety of classes including, Body Wellbeing, Core strengthening, and stabilisation, Pole Fitness, Mobilisation, Pole-Ates, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling and Aerial Hoop. With something to suit any age, fitness level, body type, or commitment. ​ Come Stretch, Strengthen and Soar.
