Somatic Stress Relief Positive Movement For Mental and Physical health. Daily physical activity increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood.

When performed regularly, it can be both prevention and treatment for a wide range of mental and physical illnesses including dementia, high blood pressure, heart conditions, depression, anxiety, stress and low self esteem. However being active doesn’t have to mean doing sport, running miles or going to the gym. Our short, easy to follow along videos provide new and enjoyable movements that are low impact on the body and easily built into a daily routine.

Fatigue
Bone pain
Muscle weakness, aches, or cramps
Mood changes, such as depression

10-30 minutes of exposure to sunlight can make a massive difference to your mind and body. So take a walk this lunch break and light up your face!

Finally back on the pole after a broken foot caused an 8 week hiatus. So happy to be moving again but I’m comically rusty and boy are my muscles feeling it! Hoping the stamina and calluses return soon!

The Studio Indigo is a small local fitness studio, based in Westcott at the heart of the Surrey hills, that provided Postural Assessments and teaches a variety of classes including, Body Wellbeing, Core strengthening, and stabilisation, Pole Fitness, Mobilisation, Pole-Ates, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling and Aerial Hoop.
