Strengthening local partnerships for better patient care 🤝

Dr Jacob Bloor and his team were delighted to welcome representatives from DHC (Dorking Healthcare) to Shirley Oaks Hospital last week.

This visit marks the start of an exciting new partnership with DHC GP Federation, strengthening links with local community services and supporting more joined-up care for patients across Croydon and beyond.

Working together means better outcomes, smoother pathways, and a more connected healthcare experience for our community 💙

🌿 Pond Tail Surgery have done it again!

For the second year running, they've achieved a Green Impact for Health 'Pioneer' Award 👏

As a practice, they are continually looking for ways to reduce their environmental impact, and working through this programme's toolkit is a proactive and practical way to do just that.

💚 As a GP Federation, we fully support them in this mission and congratulate the team in driving this work forward - and their patients for supporting these ongoing green initiatives.
