The recently published NHS 10-Year Plan sets out a bold and necessary ambition: to bring more care out of large hospitals and into community settings. At DHC, we welcome this shift - not just in principle, but because we know it works.

🎉 The team at Pond Tail Surgery have done it again - another year of exceptional results in the National GP Patient Survey!

✅ 79% of patients rated their overall experience as good, placing them above the average for both Surrey Heartlands and national results.

👏 Highlights include 97% of patients saying their needs were met during their last appointment — a clear sign of the team’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.

This is well-deserved recognition for a dedicated team who continue to rise to challenges and make a meaningful difference in their local community.

It's Infant Mental Health Awareness Week (9-15 June 2025) 👶🩵🩷

This year’s theme is: 'Who is holding the baby?'

Not every parent bonds with their baby right away - and that's ok. Parents who are feeling overwhelmed or struggling with their mental health need the right support to help build a strong, loving connection with their baby. Because a supported parent = a supported baby.

This week, we’re shining a light on the vital services available for families during these early stages.
