We had an interesting visitor at Dorking Manor Care Home today 🐍

Introducing ‘Sissy’ the Corn-snake. 🐍

When we say we support and encourage our residents (and staff) to push themselves out of their comfort zones, I’m not sure they quite realised this encounter would be what we meant 😉

It is safe to say some were more willing then others and some were very clear of their limits.

A massive thank you to The Funky Fiddler for entertaining us at Dorking Manor Care Home today. We had a fantastic time, singing, clapping, toe tapping along and dancing. 👏🏻 🎵 🎻 💃 💗

I had a great morning / afternoon making my debut by entertaining the lovely residents at "Dorking Manor Care Home" 🎵🎻

It was lovely to see some of them singing along & dancing to a wide mix of music 🕺🏻🎤

Hopefully I'll be asked back soon to entertain everyone again 👍🙏

We’re delighted to share that the recent Matrix Trust Charity Golf Day, proudly supported by the Dorking Manor community, raised an incredible £3,539 to support young people across Surrey!

The Matrix Trust does fantastic work helping children and young adults with their mental health and transitioning into adulthood — and we’re thrilled to continue supporting their mission.
