I can't believe 2 months have passed since I had to close my doors. There are little chunks of light starting to shine through now as we start to look at how we, reflexologists, can re-open when the time is right. I have been keeping up to date with what will need to be done to ensure that my workplace will be a safe place to visit.

I will keep you posted. In the meantime, make the most of the sunshine and I look forward to seeing you all again soon. Hoping you are all staying safe and well. X

Learning to give your baby reflexology is a wonderfully bonding experience for both parent and child. It gives you tools that you can turn to at any time of the day or night when your child is suffering. By calming your baby and rebalancing their little bodies, they are able to cope better with whatever comes their way.

I run a course of 6 one hour sessions held over six weeks, times and dates to suit you. Maybe you have a group of friends who would all like to give it a go? You can come to me or I can come to you. You can feed, change nappies and the babies do not have to be quiet!
