Here at Revitalising Reflexology I offer a place to escape the stresses of everyday life for a while. you will have some time to focus on you and your well-being and a chance to bring some much needed balance back into your life. It is amazing how much change can begin to take place in one short and how revitalised and rejuvenated you can feel. The body can heal in so many ways if only we give it the opportunity. Reflexology - Level 3 MAR. If you are experiencing conditions such as stress, anxiety, auto immune conditions exacerbated by stress such as psoriasis, pre-menstrual problems or other hormonal imbalance conditions, digestive problems, headaches, migraines or sinus issues then please contact me, as I may well be able to help.
