Men Walking and Talking (MWAT) is a supportive group bringing men together for relaxed walks and open conversations around mental health. The aim is simple: create a safe space, reduce stigma, and support each other.

Founded in 2021, MWAT has grown into a nationwide community with walks across the UK.
