Hi I’m Nicky, a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer based on the South Coast between the beautiful Bournemouth seaside and the tranquility of the New Forest. From a grounding in mat-based classes to flying in Aerial Yoga, I share the wonderful practice of yoga from my heart, for everyone. I love helping others to feel happy & healthy, and I hope to be able to make a difference in your life.

Returning to Golden Grove in Carmarthenshire, one of our favourite Aerial Yoga homes. Nestled in the countryside of South Wales, this peaceful & cosy space offers a beautiful Aerial studio, plenty of social spaces as well as little nooks for moments of quiet. Each of the shared bedrooms are comforting, light-filled & rustic, embracing the natural surroundings. Outside we have a sauna & cold plunge pool to explore, as well as a hot tub for hangouts & relaxation. We will also share an evening around the firepit & enjoy the open night sky.   With exclusive use of this space, there will always be times for a little extra practice for those wanting to develop their flows & flips, or simply time to rest.

You all know how much I LOVE my coffee, so I thought I’d combine a few of my favourite things for this offering – Yoga, Nidrā, coffee, cookies & chats! All in the cosy embrace of Bad Hand studio.
What to Expect…

Beginning with some calming breathwork practices to settle into the space, feeling fully present & grounded. We will then share a gently uplifting Hatha flow, easing away tensions and creating harmony for both mind & body. With plenty of hands-on assists to lovingly guide you. Drifting into a deeply restful Nidrā to finish for a truly blissful relaxation. Awaken feeling rejuvenated & restored.
Gathering in the Tasting Room from 1.30pm, where you can enjoy a coffee of your choice & a cookie from Vamos Kitchen (included!) & spend time connecting with likeminded others.

These socials mean so much to me – I love creating space for friendships to flourish. It’s not just the classes, it’s the moments in-between. The opportunities for togetherness & connection.

As we head into the festive season, this is a little “paws” for you (and it’s for the animals too 💚)

All proceeds for Noo Beginnings Animal Sanctuary!
As many of you know, I loved visiting this place last month & wanted to offer something to support the wonderful work they do here 🙏🏻

As the Christmas season is a time for giving, this fundraising event is an opportunity to support these beautiful animals in need 💚

Saturday 6th December 11.30am

We will share a 45 minute Yoga flow, followed by mince pies! Option to stay & hangout for coffee afterwards too.

Can’t join us in person? We’ll be live-streaming via Zoom & the recording will be available too 🙏🏻

Mixing things up a little for this offering! As things get busier with the festive season upon us, rather than the usual weekend session for this, we are going for an early morning sunrise session and a cosy evening one.

Join me on Monday 1st December 7.15am for an uplifting Yoga flow, followed by sauna & sea dips, finishing with homemade granola and coffee/tea before you start your day!
(Sauna finishes at 8.50, you are welcome to take treats to go if you need to) Only three spaces left for this one!

Tuesday 9th December 7pm for a cosy slow flow, sauna & sea, herbal teas & homemade treats!

These gatherings are always so rejuvenating and a beautiful opportunity to connect with our lovely community.

Two years since this lil kitty was poorly 💛 Emergency surgery, nine days in intensive care… & then we brought her home to say goodbye, nothing more they could do.

It still feels like a miracle ✨ So many of you sent her healing & I will always be so grateful 🥲

Sound healing, Reiki, round the clock care & all the love brought her back to us 🤲🏻

So an update - She’s still my baby girl, just as sassy & curious as ever. Will only accept being groomed with my hairbrush & regularly gets her breakfast in bed. Joins every online Yoga class I share & insists on snuggles. Often found in boxes, regardless of size.

If you struggle to sleep, and are looking to find better bedtime routines and better quality sleep - then this is for you! 🌙✨

As someone who always struggled with sleep, I was constantly looking for ways to help myself settle with healthier sleeping habits and routines. The practices of Yoga and Yoga Nidrā have been life-changing for me in many ways, particularly when it has come to helping with my sleep. This offering has been lovingly created, as a way of sharing what I have learned in my journey to more restful bedtime routines and truly nourishing sleep.

Join me for six weeks of breathwork, restorative Yoga practices and guided sleep meditations to help you settle into a truly restful sleep. Giving you the tools to cultivate your own nourishing bedtime routines & rituals.

Each week we will focus on a different theme, exploring ways we can create more positive evening routines to help us not only fall asleep with ease, but to also support us in sleeping through the night. We will be sharing WHY these things work as well as what to do - underpinning with the science of sleep 😴 & supporting you to find what works for you too 🤲🏻

Sound on for the most gorgeous sound healing of nature 🌧️ Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our Autumn Gathering day retreat at 🧡

We embraced all that came our way with the weather, the rain as a blessing… Creating an extra cosy space for us all to rest, enhancing all the colours and senses in our nature walk & oh that pitter-patter on the roof of the yurt ✨🤲🏻💛

In classic us style - we only captured a few moments (mostly of the food) 😆

Gathering in The Wight Room to begin, we will share a gently uplifting Hatha flow with Nicky, settling into the space & inviting you to let go of your day. Easing away any tensions & creating harmony for both mind & body. With hands-on assists to lovingly guide you.

Effortlessly transitioning into deeply restorative sound healing with Viv. Bathed in the soothing vibrations of the gongs, you’ll be guided into a space of stillness and renewal, allowing the waves of sound to wash over you & resonate within.

We will then explore the beautiful balance of contrast therapy - with time in the stunning beachside Saltwater Sauna & dips in the sea. Creating connections with our lovely group as we share this experience. Cleansing and rejuvenating, be guided to tune in to your breath, find your own blend & boost your resilience.

Finishing with tea & homemade treats!
