It’s not often we get videos of the procedure but a member of my family was kind enough to be a model. You can hear the difference in tone when the microsuction is sucking the wax. At the end it had loosened the wax sufficiently for me to go in with the micro pliers and pull it out in one go. This is a painless procedure and less messy than irrigation although sometimes a combination of both is required to achieve the same result.
Wax build up is not restricted to the older generation and a combination of environments can cause a build up.
