💕 Happy International Wellness Day 🙏💕
Our retreat in May went well, we're going back to Portugal this year and co-hosting with Mandy Morrow.
We'll be going in September, to the Silver Seahorse Garden Retreat Hotel.
Hopefully you can join us to relax and feel good with various trips, Yoga, Pilates and Dance classes. Michelle 🙏❣️

💕 A retreat in May,12th - 18th, is being organised by friend Mandy Morrow, in beautiful Peniche, Portugal.
Excursions are included and I'll be teaching Yoga, Pilates, Aqua & dance, also included. Hope you can join us. Please pm either myself or Mandy for more info. We'll be staying at the beautiful Silver Seahorse Garden Retreat Hotel, 5 minutes from the beach and with a pool. Hope you can join us, spaces are going fast. 🙏💕
