It's and today we'd like to introduce you to Filippo Frezza, our new Kitchen Manager & Chef.

"I was born in Rome and am a passionate and diligent chef with a good knowledge of food. I have 2 daughters (Lucia and Giulia) and we love to go to the cinema and travel. I’ve worked in many different types of hospitality businesses throughout my career, including restaurants and hospitals. I love any type of food as long as it is tasty!".
