Having worked as a Health and Wellbeing Coach and seeing so many people, including myself struggle with reaching their wellbeing goals, I realised it was limiting beliefs that held us back! So now I know I have found the missing link! With Belief Coding and Self-Nurture Coaching I can truly help people transform their lives and achieve a more harmonious state of living 💖

I have invested endless amounts of time and money on numerous training courses which I may list at some point.
