Open Afternoon at Dorset Breast Screening Unit – Friday 27th March 2026

We are pleased to share that Dorset Breast Screening Unit is holding a special open afternoon for ladies with learning disabilities. This is a chance to visit the unit, see the mammogram rooms, explore equipment in a hands-on way, and find out more about the services available.

No other clinics will be running at this time, so it’s a relaxed, sensory-friendly opportunity designed to help reduce any anxiety about attending appointments.

Representatives from breast, bowel, and LiveWell Dorset will also be on hand to provide information and support.
