💃 the ever so lovely and amazing Danie will be leading us all in some steps -no worries if you don’t have a carrier, babe in arms is fine for this mini taster!!
💪🏼 and finishing off with the GOAT in postpartum fitness, will be sharing her top tips on exercise postpartum aswell as answering any questions you have!

📢Important Announcement

👶🏻 thank you all SO much for joining us at Christchurch Under 1’s Club over the last 9/10(ish!) months! It was an idea I’d had forever, and the consistent turnout goes to show-it ‘s deffo a piece of our community that was missing!

🤍 unfortunately, through no circumstances of my own, we are having to press pause on U1 at the end of January. I know this will come as a disappointment to many, but please don’t forget, every single Wednesday at 10am we have bump & baby walk which is a gorgeous group of mums getting together, having a stroll and enjoying a coffee! So please know your community is still here for you & we’d love for you to join us!

🎟️tickets & guest speakers for the final 2 sessions before we break will be released on Wednesday this week, so set those reminders as no doubt they will go quickly!

🎅🏻 remember, no one else actually pays attention to what you are doing for Christmas, so please don’t put yourself under pressure or feel as if you aren’t doing enough. Be kind to yourself & others around you, you never know what someone is going through or dealing with.
