🌀 What actually happens during a Past Life Regression?
It’s one of the most common questions I get — and it’s a good one.

A lot of people imagine flashing visions, dramatic stories, or even “acting out” scenes from another time. But in reality, the experience is usually much quieter — and far more personal.

A Past Life Regression is a gentle, guided meditation that helps you access memories, images, or emotions stored in the subconscious, often related to a previous lifetime. You might:

🔸Sense a personality or name that feels familiar
🔸Feel the emotional “flavour” of a life lived before
