Company Description
Chiropractor Care is a growing community service-based business where you will initially be supporting a chiropractor of 10 years with an existing and growing member base. The clinic will soon expand by supporting another chiropractor/therapist to serve the increasing demand of those in need. We are a holistic health care provider who strives to provide a WOW service for our members!

Job Role:
We are looking for a chiropractic assistant for a growing and expanding role. Initial and ongoing training and support will be provided. This is truly an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being challenged and thrives on being accountable for business performance and development; which is an ever evolving role. You should be flexible with your working hours and be able to cover holidays and sick-leave. You will also need to be available on occasion for weekend training and professional development courses. This is for a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clinic members and prospective members.
• Managing the reception desk and online diary.
• Maintain the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Get to know the clinic members and the health journey they are on.
• Make sure that clinic members follow their schedule of care.
• Managing communications: taking/making calls, managing email and live chat.
• Keeping up to date with current promotions, confidently and actively promoting them for the clinic.
• Attending required extra hours for scheduled training and team meetings.
• Engaging in group and 1 to 1 role play training to expand the skills essential for this role.
• Adhering to the clinic systems to ensure the organised and efficient running of the clinic.
• Managing accurate patient billing, invoices, payments and financial reconciliation.
• Performing general office duties such as filing, typing and photocopying.
• Supporting management in the delivery of new ideas, processes and procedures.
• Maintaining quality control of the clinic.

The Perfect Candidate will:
Maintain good health and be passionate about the importance of improving and maintaining wellness.
Have an understanding and passion for marketing.
Have paid social media ads experience
Have experience using a CRM or email software.

Ideally the Candidate would be familiar with:
• Facebook Ads Manager
• Instagram
• Zapier
• Eventbrite
• Canva
• Loom
• Zoom
• Infusionsoft (Keep)
• Microsoft Office
