There’s something about being outdoors that changes supervision reflections.
People often arrive carrying a lot of- client work, responsibility, tiredness, pressure to ‘get it right’.
And then we step outside.
The nervous system slows a little. There’s space to breathe, notice and reflect.
Sometimes it’s the moment of trees, bird song, the weather shifting or simply being on the Earth that helps something soften or become clearer.
I’m continually reminded through wild therapy that we are not separate from the environments we’re in - and neither is our practice as counsellors and therapists.
This June I’m offering a small group outdoors supervision day for qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists in Bransgore.
A gently held space to:
🍃 bring client work
🍃 slow down and reflect
🍃 reconnect with yourself as practitioner
🍃 explore what emerges in relationship with the more-than-human and world.
If it speaks to you, you’d be very welcome 🌸. DM me for details
