I’m starting to enjoy sneaking out of the house on Sundays to prep my week.

Planning my lessons is so important to me, I still use pencil and paper, . Some mock me!

But lesson planning was part of my training and still is a part of my routine.
I want to be ready to share Pilates with my clients, helping them to understand and move their bodies the best that they can.

I’m learning now (after 8 yrs) that less is sometimes more!

Annabel is a Level 4 Personal Trainer with specialties in Cardiac Rehab, Lower Back Pain, and Pulmonary Rehab. She loves helping people reach their goals and find confidence through movement.

When she’s not coaching at Littledown in Bournemouth, she’s studying massage therapy, working as Cabin Crew for Virgin Atlantic, or enjoying the outdoors, hiking, swimming, and paddle boarding!

Ive been going over some lessons that i did earlier this year with , to work on refining my practice.
I struggle with semi circle as I feel that I can’t get my full extension without being on my fists. But today I found flow, all be it briefly! 👍🏻💪🏼🐸
