Last week, one of our client’s husbands was not feeling 100%, so they reached out to our Care Manager Amy, at very short notice for some extra support.

We were able to respond immediately, putting additional visits in place the same day and following day to provide reassurance, comfort, and peace of mind for them both.

Today, now that he is feeling much better, they popped in with a thank you card and chocolates for the team which is such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated 💚

We are proud of our flexible approach and always being there to support our clients when they need us most.

Today we said goodbye to one of our fabulous carers, Farai.

Farai has been with us for nearly two years, bringing her caring nature, hard work, dedication, and commitment to everything she does. She has made such a positive difference and has been a valued part of our team.

As she moves on to a new venture, we want to wish her all the very best on her new journey. She will be greatly missed, and we are grateful for the time she spent as part of our dedicated team. 💚

We are incredibly proud of our fantastic and dedicated team who have been completing their Tier 1 training as part of the The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism 💙

This important training strengthens understanding, promotes inclusion, and helps ensure we continue delivering the highest standard of person-centred support for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

The learning doesn’t stop there Tier 2 is already booked for April 2026! 👏

"The Ethos team were contacted and request was made for urgent support for my stepfather. The team came to the home and met with us all at short notice. A very clear, and honest presentation was given which was easy to understand. This was also done with compassion and understanding.

Throughout the involvement with Ethos the team were very open and transparent and gave great advice. This service provider has been such a blessing to us all as a family. Would highly recommend."
