We are a licensed sponsor under the Skilled Worker immigration route and can offer undefined Certificates of Sponsorship for workers currently living in the UK.

We are looking for one member of staff to help provide one to one companionship and personal care within the Christchurch BH23 and the New Milton BH25 community, no experience necessary, company car available.

Candidates will be fully trained and supported for the role.

The successful candidates will have maturity and empathy with our client group, bring forward ideas and be involved with the lives of our clients, assist with their daily lives and much more.

This wonderful and fulfilling role is both full time and flexible.

We offer:

*paid holiday
*small local area
*maximum distance between clients 3 miles
*minimum client visit 30 minutes
*extensive support
*paid training
*full contracts with specified hours
*Most other care providers offer zero hours contract.
*We are different.
*We do not have "zero hours" contracts.
*You will always have the work hours provided in the contract.
*We also support towards NVQ qualifications for those looking to pursue or further their career in care.

Salary:
£11.66 - £12.00 (Time and a half for bank holidays £17.49 - £18.00)

Mileage allowance 30p/ mile

You would be working in a small localised area, and you will see the benefit of your work in the community.

A driving license is essential and company car provision is a possible.

Shift patterns (variable) 7am - 11am, 16.00 - 23.00.
