A Panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear, that can translate into physical symptoms. Panic attacks can feel frightening and can affect a persons ability to carry our daily tasks and have a huge impact on their ☀

You can help someone suffering with a panic attack by supporting them to focus their breath, doing something to redirect and relax their mind 🧘‍♀️ and sometimes even sitting with that person and providing can help to lessen the symptoms 💙

Plastic Free July ♻ is a global movement that challenges us to make changes to our daily lives and refuse single-use plastics.

has a major impact on our environment, animals 🕊 and their habitat, and are encouraging us throughout the month of July and beyond, to use , refuse plastic bags, pick up litter and host morning teas to spread the word so that others may do the same.

Challenge yourself this month to do at least one thing that could make our environment safer and cleaner so that it may last longer for generations to come. 💙

Tomorrow is ! 🤗

Social media has become such a huge part of our lives, it has changed the way we learn, the way and share with friends and family etc. and in 2010 we started to use June 30th each year to celebrate how far we've come with its development.

From the days of telegram, fax, telephone 📞and post ✉️ we have grown accustomed to being able to connect in a single moment (albeit depending on our Wifi connection 😁)

Tomorrow we recognise and how it has enabled us to redefine and our ability to connect with one another. 💙
