I became a Consultant in 2010 and in 2016 my husband Steve joined me until 2018, when sadly he moved onto a new career. I'm still loving to help others achieve their weight-loss dreams and have this fantastic feeling of wellbeing that Steve and I have - it feels great! Having gone from a size 22 to a size 12 I understand how hard it can be to drop weight. I’ve rid myself of 4 stone in total, the first 3 stone took just 3 months* and I’ve been able to change my mindset on how I think about food, enabling me to stop yo-yo dieting and no longer use food for emotional or comfort eating.
