Im popping out this post today as we are experiencing the vibrational energy of the Solstice & Full Moon in Capricorn energy quite profoundly, now...
We are now half way through the year,
we are all influenced by this potent light source, whichever Hemisphere you reside in 🌼🌿
We are also experiencing the astrological vibration of the Capricorn/Strawberry full moon on the 21st June, alongside many other powerful planetary alignments.
These potent energies merge together to form a powerful portal of cleansing light..this vibration illuminates areas that hold us back from shining our true light ...🌿
The Solstice phase of the year also always brings with it a gift of growth ,change and new beginnings,
we are gifted pockets of light fractals to absorb at this time , activating a higher light quotient for each soul to independently and then collectively integrate ..
All of nature is bursting with colour and life, all natural colours and sounds become more vibrant, and our higher light absorption rate at this special time allows our senses to become heightened, we become more sensitive to the beauty around us ,and if we are lucky enough to experience the warmth of the sun , it soothes our bodies, minds and our souls, connecting us much more deeply with mother earth 🌿🌼🌿🌼
This time of year always brings a renewed energy, energising and rejuvenating , but in contrast ,for some , it can bring exhaustion, if this is the case take time for a little self nurturing , check in with your energy levels often ,you may have become overwhelmed or depleted in many ways -

overactivity
Stress /traumatic events
Burning the candle at both ends
People/ relationship
Food/ toxic indulgence & environments
Screen time...
Make time to reasess ,acknowledge and release any situations ,patterns ,beliefs ,habits and any heightened reactions that may not be beneficial for you ,

The Capricorn full moon energy also represents structure,conformity and our goals and dreams , and can also be a very nurturing sign ...
As mentioned above ,become clear about your goals and your plans, filter out the dross, the parts of your experience that are no longer serving you..
The Capricorn energy shows us how to gently, methodically, with a little grit and determination build our dreams,
But again, make sure you nurture yourself, resist the urge to over-do..pace yourself and gently move forward on your path , the end result will be worth the persistence,
