Dementia is one of the greatest health and social care challenges of our time but it still isn’t receiving the attention it deserves. The impact is enormous: on families, on our healthcare system, and on the economy.

At GAC Bournemouth, we see every day how devastating dementia can be. Across the UK, millions of families are living with this reality yet so many stories remain unheard. This is the forgotten crisis.
