I used to believe I needed to study reiki to be able to give energy healing

However over the years I have learnt that it’s innately within me, it doesn’t need activating through reiki

Not saying reiki isn’t useful, it has its place

However everything is energy and so are you

Energy healing takes belief and intention

And it also helps if you are a clean channel

Start by practicing on yourself,

Pendulum power 👽

Whenever I feel stuck with something in my business, I can rely on my trusty pendulum.

I often ask it for advice and guidance.

Of course, I stick to yes or no questions.

For me, clockwise is a right and anti-clockwise is a no.

And no, I’m not just moving it myself.

Hey, I’m Hayley 👽👾

Welcome to my page and thank you for being here 💚

I am a Clairvoyant Healer amongst many other things.

Here’s some things you might like to know about me.

I am 30 years young and have a strong desire to travel the world.

I have been on a vegan/vegetarian diet for at least 7 years.

I don’t drink alcohol or take drugs. I’m open to taking plant medicine when it finds me.

I have visited quite a few countries already. My longest travel stint so far has been 6 years but there’s still so much more I want to see 😍

I am devoted to being a clean channel so I can assist others on their spiritual journey.

I am autistic and love to raise awareness around neurodivergence. I come from a neurodivergent household.

I struggle to navigate this human experience, I resonate far more with being an alien than a human 🫠

I love nature, being outside is my happy place.

I require healing myself, I often seek for support from other healers to help me.

I communicate with spirits on the daily. From this world and from others.

I love simplicity. A simple life is the way 🦋

I have experienced a lot of trauma growing up, this means that I often have big reactions to situations.

Most of the time, they will seem out of proportion to the situation that is happening.

Small trigger = Big reaction

For so long, I would shame myself for this…

“I’m over reacting”

“I’m too sensitive”

“I’m blowing things out of proportion”

But over time I have learnt to recognise that it’s merely a trauma response and it’s my way of keeping myself safe.

The more I sit with these “big reactions” and accept them for what they are, a trauma response that’s trying to keep me safe, the less big they become.

It’s getting easier.

Time heals.

Let's talk about 🌻👁️ Healing 👁️🌻

It's not a linear path... a cliche quote that speaks a million words

Healing looks different on different days and it can take up a lot of space sometimes

I'm going to share some of my personal experience around healing (just a little)

I've been in a big healing portal for a long time now, it feels I'm getting towards the end of it however...

Most of my time is spent just simply taking care of myself. Reading, listening to music, being in nature, chatting with friends... Etc...

This has even shown up in my astrology readings I've received from Yoshi Justyna Walczak

Until 31, emotional healing is my priority, this can feel uncomfortable in a fast paced world. Sometimes I get bored of it and want to do more, and sometimes I do do more...

It can feel like I'm achieving nothing when actually on an energetic level im achieving so much

Healing karma

Healing my ancestral linage

Healing my nervous system

Opening my heart

Refining my channel

These are things that society doesn't necessarily deem as productive but in my opinion, they are the most productive

So for now, I surrender to healing being my priority 💚
