A little throwback to my 200hours Yoga course, this time last year in Kerala Meeting some incredible new people, in this photo. We spent the days practicing yoga and the evenings sharing old stories and creating new memories. Trying something new or challenging is not only good for the mind but essential for the soul “One’s Life Is Valued Everyday”

‘Look for something positive in each day, even if some days you have to look a little harder’- Teaching yoga in a gym, hall, outside and now virtually! It doesn’t matter where or how you practice yoga as long as you can allow for the unity of breathe, body and mind! I am offering virtual classes from our own homes, Baby Yoga groups and Adults Hatha@Home. All classes are free I just ask that you make a donation for our local Poole Hospital or if you live far away a donation for your own local hospital! All yoga classes are free (Adults Hatha Tuesday 5-6pm & Thursday 6-7pm) but donations to a local cause are welcome 🙏🏻
Baby Yoga groups - groups that have already started we will continue with our same weekly time slot.
New Baby yoga groups are welcome to start DM and we can arrange a time and date.

To all my Olive Well-Being Yogi family. It seems only right to take the advised precautions. Classes will be postponed for now but looking into different ways in which we can still continue ... watch this space! For now keep saluting to the sun, being the beautiful humans that you are and finding calm in amongst the storm as it will pass.
