💫Back to school reset💫

How’s everyone feeling ?
Definitely not rested that’s for sure !!!! 😆

Whilst having our little cherubs out of school for 6 weeks is a joy in so many ways, let’s be honest… it’s hard.. in more ways than one.

Depending on their age , emotions, passions, needs etc, does not determine HoW hard it is because like everything, we all have our own experiences. Buy being out of routine and going through the highs and lows can cause some alignment issues and throw our energy all off.

So let’s re align , find ourselves again so that we can be the best version of ourselves for them and of course US, as they return back, as yet again, this is a different story for everyone!

I will be holding a restorative and re aligning sound circle on Monday evening the 9th September. I will keep you posted on venue as I’m just going to gauge it based on interest! So please let me know if you can make it. (Likely to be Christchurch or southbourne)
We will cover realigning meditations , sound healing and intension setting for the seasons ahead!
Spaces will be £15 each!

I’m currently looking for someone who suffers with the debilitating Fibromyalgia to work with me for 1 month, not only by sticking to a strict kangen water plan but I am offering Trauma coaching sessions as a package.
Fibromyalgia is something that there aren’t many answers on , all we know is that it’s trauma induced, when trauma is trapped in the body it causes for the body to scream out and fibromyalgia is a common reaction and becoming more common.

These sessions can be done face to face or over video call!

This is a 1 month trial with once a week coaching sessions and energy healing.
