💙 We don’t just provide care. We truly care. 💙

At SylvianCare Bournemouth, we are incredibly proud of our amazing carers and the genuine compassion they show every single day.

We always celebrate our clients’ birthdays, but yesterday our carers went above and beyond. Out of their own time, they took the initiative to visit Terence to surprise him on his birthday. It was a beautiful moment made even more special as his wife Anne will also be celebrating her birthday in just a few days.

When I asked the carers how they made it all happen, their response said everything:
“We went by our slogan – We don’t just provide care. We truly care.”

Moments like this remind us why we are so proud to have such dedicated carers with big hearts and wonderful ideas. 💐🎂

🎉 Celebrating Derek’s Special Day! 🎉

Today we had the joy of celebrating Derek’s birthday, and what a lovely moment it was! Derek enjoyed his day with our wonderful carer Maria, whose kindness, support, and cheerful spirit make every day brighter. At SylvianCare, we’re proud of the heartfelt connections our carers build with the people they support — and Maria is a shining example of that.

A big thank you as well to Erika’s Boutique for the beautiful flower arrangement. The fresh blooms added a touch of colour and joy to Derek’s celebration, and he was absolutely delighted to receive them. 🌺💐

🌊 Team Meeting… but make it seaside! 🐚
The SylvianCare team held a breezy team meeting by the sea, followed by a delicious lunch in a beautiful location serving traditional Romanian food 🇷🇴.

Because of travel distances (and not-so-long lunch breaks), we couldn’t all be there at the same time – so we did it the Romanian way: we came in shifts, talked in shifts, and left in shifts. Efficiency and style! 😄

A big thank you to MEB Food Truck for the amazing food and fantastic setting – you brought the flavour, and we brought the fun!
