Hi sorry for the confusion, my manager in bcp rossmore has told me the power yoga class is from 8am-9am every Wednesday (except for the leisure club’s holiday period) in this whole month of December as she told me she had to revert it back to that time due to some changes in the admin system. Thank you for understanding the short notice!

Hi everyone, just announcing that there will be no classes in BCP BCP Leisure, Rossmore LC and BCP Leisure Poole Dolphin and BCP Ashdown Leisure Centre from Dec 20th to 5th of January. It will be closed for the holidays so I will be announcing my new class schedule tomorrow. Thank you everyone :)

The Fibre Fitness Lifestyle

Hi, my name is Ellie and I'm passionate about experiencing how great our bodies are supposed to feel. Glowing from the inside out! I believe that evolving into the better version of you begins from the inside out.​ I am all about connecting yourself back to the essentials and experiencing your yoga journey with you. Yoga is not all about the asanas (postures). It's a lifestyle. How to move with purpose, types of breath-work, mindful meditation to deepen your own yoga practice, while contributing to ethical living beyond the yoga mat. I have been an athlete since I was a child and experienced training which consisted of different disciplines from endurance to cardio to bodybuilding and movement & mobility. However, it wasn't until 2017 that I began taking a holistic approach to nutrition and life. I began reading books and research papers, attending courses and finally getting certified in India, the birthplace of Yogic practises. I was able to expand my horizons in India training in ayurveda and different types of meditation and yoga- from Bhakti-kirtan, Kundalini, Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Aerial and Acro. With all the knowledge I gained throughout the years, I was led to this fibre fit lifestyle improving my physical development and most importantly, my mental health. After a few years of teaching, I decided to give back to the community and start my own YouTube channel to share my experiences and methods. Hence the creation of Fibre Fitness. The Fibre Fitness Lifestyle is a combination of strong influences in my life: plant-based nutrition, yoga and strength & mobility training. This lifestyle will influence a behaviour to achieve goals and help the earth we live in. It's about conscious living, discipline and purpose. My vision is to provide guidance to help you strengthen your vital energy and deepen your connection with yourself and the universe. This focus will help you get started and achieve your goals, whether you're a beginner or wanting to improve your physique or mental well-being. I will be sure to equip you with helpful advise, tips, techniques and recipes on how to transition and maintain a balanced and healthy fibre fit lifestyle.
