Meet The Team...

Helen – Company Director

Helen became a Company Director in 2010 alongside her husband Stuart, after making the decision to leave her 30-year career in hairdressing.

Helen is responsible for the accounting and works behind the scenes in the day to day organising and running of Miller Bros.

Helen supports the team by ensuring they have everything they need at all times and also assists in the Chapels of Rest.

Whilst you may not always see Helen at the forefront of the office, her artistic essence can be seen in the marvellous window displays she creates.

Journey Water Pillows...

Meet The Team...

James – Funeral Operative

James joined our team in August 2024. Having been in the funeral industry since 2005 he has gained nearly 20 years of experience caring for family’s loved ones.
During that time in recent years James has provided support to Miller Bros with bearing duties which meant when he joined us full time he already felt like part of the team straight away.

James’ duties include caring for the deceased, dressing coffins, driving our hearse and limousine, and assisting bringing family’s loved ones into our care day or night.

James has contributed greatly to our team, he provides excellent care to the deceased, is always willing to assist where he can and families have noted his kind phone manner when he is on call during the night and at weekends.

He is a hard working family man and we are grateful to have him as part of our close-knit team.

Meet The Team…

Over the next coming weeks, we would like to re-introduce our team for any new followers that have joined us.

Kenni – Trainee Funeral Director & Funeral Operative

Jessica's Husband Kenni is our newest team member, he decided to leave his previous work in marketing to join our family business in November 2024.
Having no previous experience in the funeral industry he has taken a hands-on approach with learning all he can with the help and support of Stuart, Jessica, Terry and the team.

Kenni has been working as a Funeral Operative, which duties include caring for the deceased, bearing work, driving our hearse and limousine and assisting bringing family’s loved ones into our care whether that be in the day or at night.
He has started to learn the role of funeral arranging and conducted his first funeral earlier this week with the support of Company Director Stuart assisting him and offering his experience and knowledge.

We are very proud to have another family member join our team ensuring Miller Bros’ continues to be a truly independent family run business with strong family values for many years to come.

Scatter Tubes...

Whether you are keeping your loved one's ashes at home, scattering them in their final resting place or maybe you wish to have a keepsake amount after scattering we have a variety of designs and options for you to choose from.

After we have collected your loved one's ashes from the Crematorium we will place them in your chosen scatter tube design ready for you to collect.

Best Wishes…

Miller Bros had the privilege of carrying out the first funeral at the New Forest Crematorium when it opened in 2022 alongside manager Graeme, over these past couple of years Graeme and his team have helped support many families to provide a beautiful environment for families to hold their loved one’s funeral as well as providing excellent customer care.

Yesterday we had the honour of carrying out Graeme’s last funeral service before he sadly leaves. We wanted to give him a little thank you for all he has done and asked him for a little photo opportunity which we know is his favourite thing to do! 😁

We want to wish him the very best in his next chapter and give our heartfelt thanks on behalf of all our families he has helped assist over the years.

Local Community...

We may not have won on this occasion but we are very grateful for everyone who showed us support for the VE Day window display competition.

It was really wonderful to see so many local businesses take part and the effort put into each display.

Helen really appreciated reading all your kind comments and is already planning her next window creation, so keep your eyes peeled if you are passing our office 👀
