SUMMER TERM:

Hello one and all,

Hoping that you will all join me again for another term of yoga at the Golden Valley Wellness Centre. Focus will be on building a flow or Vinyasa which we have started working on the term just gone, plus really strengthening our core!

This week we are starting a new 10 week term [with a break in mid July for one week, I am away July 14th-21st [at a Yoga Retreat!].so no classes this week].

Same four mixed classes available:

Thursday Class 10:00-11.00am - June 20th - 29th August [note the move to Thursday from Wednesday] Strength, Flexibility and Balance - slower and gentler class
Cost for ten weeks: £60.00 over 65s, £70.00 under 65s. Otherwise £7.00 65+ casual, £9.00 under 65 casual rates.

Friday 8.00-9.15,am or 9.30-10.45am - June 21st to August 30th
Saturday at 9.00-10:15am - June 22nd to August 31st.

Cost for ten weeks: £70.00 over 65s, £90.00 under 65. Casual rates £9.00 65+, £11 under 65.

Note that I wil be doing a bonus week [week 11 for those that need to miss a class during term] at the end of the summer term in September.

Remember if you can't make your class you may be able to come along for one of the other sessions, just let me know and we will see what we can organise.

Note: there has been a small price increase as I now need to pay VAT, which I previously thought I was exempt from - apparently not. If this increase causes any issues for anyone please message me and we will work something out as I don't what anyone to miss out

Mid Winter Term is now on with a focus on hip and ankle mobility and the Chakras. With a new Chakra every week. Some casual spaces available on Wednesday 10.00am and Friday at 9.30am. Other classes fully booked.

New winter term.

This week we are starting a mini term which will go for seven weeks. Same four classes available:

Wednesday 10:00am Strength, Flexibility and Balance - slower and genetler class
Cost for seven weeks: £35.00 over 65s, £49.00 under 65s. Otherwise £6.00 65+ casual, £8.00 under 65.

Friday 8.00am, 9.30am and saturday at 9.00am.
Cost for seven weeks: £42.00 over 65s, £56.00 under 65. Casual £8.00 65+, £10 under 65.

From Jan Week 4 [w/c Monday 22nd] to March Week 10 [w/c Monday 4th March]. Then we will be closed for 4 weeks, with a new term starting mid April.
