Meet Judy - our Swedish massage therapist who is available on Monday and Friday evenings 😀

Qualifying from the Isle of Man college in 2012, Judy has been practicing Swedish Massage ever since.

She is also a qualified Level 2 gym fitness instructor and a qualified pharmacy dispenser which help to enhance the service she provides.

A proud mother and grandmother, Judy is equally proud of her ‘extended family’ both on and off the Isle of Man.

She loves nothing better than riding around the beautiful island on her electric bike, taking in the stunning sights and sounds.

Three interesting facts about Judy:

Judy once auditioned for the role of Town Cryer and also stood for election in the UK

She has been an artists' model

If Judy were a toastie, she would be a ham and cheese one as her jokes are always either cheesy or hammed up 😂

If the festive season tends to leave you feeling a little tight, tired, or holding more tension than usual, you’re definitely not alone. Christmas can be joyful, but it can also be busy, full-on, and physically demanding on our bodies!
At Elite Therapy, we’re open throughout most of the festive period with our friendly, welcoming team of five-star rated therapists, offering professional treatments in a lively, gym environment. We’re conveniently located within Elite Fitness, with parking right outside, making it easy to pop in and out around work, training, or festive plans.
Whether you’re dealing with sore muscles, post-training aches, stress held in the body, or simply want to feel a bit more comfortable heading into the new year, we offer sports massage, deep tissue, hot stones, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage and more.
We’re closed through Thursday 25th to Saturday, 27th December (Thursday to Saturday) and also on Wednesday, 31st December & Thursday, 1st January, reopening as normal on the 2nd. Appointments can be booked easily via Fresha with weekend and evening slots available!
Christmas isn’t always gentle on the body with busy schedules, long days, and less routine. Our team is here to help 💚

We're only ever open when Elite Fitness is staffed so please bear in mind when booking that we will be closed through Thursday 25th to Saturday, 27th December (Thursday to Saturday) and also on Wednesday, 31st December & Thursday, 1st January ⛄️

These are our staffed hours over the festive period, but as always, members can continue to use their 24/7 access when we are closed.

We will continue to open reception 365 days a year so anyone can come in for a day pass, take out a membership, have a coffee, use the sunbed or fulfil your supplement needs!

To all our members, past, present and future, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year!
