In pairs, complete:
• 100 Calorie Bike Erg (shared)
• 80 Dumbbell Thrusters (shared)
• 60 Box Step Overs (shared)
• 40 Press Ups (shared)
• 20 Synchro Squats (together at the same time)

• Only one partner working at a time (except synchro squats)
• Split reps however you like
• Must fully complete one movement before moving on
• Synchro squats must hit depth together
