Back by demand and through alchemising my own darkness, you’re invited with open arms to our next sister circle.

🐦‍⬛Where have I been hiding my truth? What am I avoiding facing within myself or my life?
🌬️Couple with - where can I create more space for my truth to live and breath?

Let’s shine light on our shadows and access the depths of our power. It’s all within us waiting to be seen, loved and held. 🙌

This is a mix of both quiet reflection, journaling and sharing through talking. The most powerful healing moments I’ve had in my life have been through sitting in a women’s circle (often with strangers) and voicing my truth.

And more often than not, it’s a truth that has stretched back generations that miraculously now has the opportunity and the space to be freed. As this is Samhain, the veil are very thin and we are the vessels for this.

We are living in wild times. Come and be with other sisters and let’s do this work together.

🌀 Spontaneity 🌀

A couple of weekends ago, I was in Porto, Portugal. Drinking port wine, exploring the city, vineyards, and restaurants. It was amazing to have some quality time with my fiancé, my mum and her partner. I’ve been away from home again for a couple of months now so it’s great to catch up.

If you don’t know already, Pablo and I are currently on a road trip through Europe. We haven’t planned anything, we’re just flowing with the energy and feeling into what and where feels expansive and exciting.

Anyway, so when we initially drove into Portugal, we checked out some festivals. One in particular that our friend was going to was sold out. I tried to get resell tickets, I spoke to a few people. But nada. It was fine, I surrendered that we weren’t going to go.

Fast forward to this Sunday night in Porto, we are packing and preparing to drive down to the Algarve (south of Portugal / we were currently in the North) when our friend Jess text us to say that .pt needed some last minute volunteers. And it was just an hour and a half away from Porto.

So, I messaged the organisers and just like that, we got our last minute tickets to the festival in exchange for some land care before the festival began. It was kind of surreal but such a magical synchronicity that in the last second, we were able to go.

And wow, we spent 8 days in the magic mountains with the amazing goat community. It was such an inspiring group of souls that gathered and I learned so many things and had so many reflections.

I really do believe festivals and gatherings have the ability to change your life. This whole experience in particular taught me so much about surrender, flow, disconnection from my phone, authenticity, and really the importance of gathering in person.

Yes the online world is important and it is gaining importance more as the digital future takes shape - but I really feel now more than ever we need these in person connections, face to face contact, hugs from strangers that become friends and to be more open to love from others.

Presence is where the magic lies.

Happy summer solstice!! The solstices mark the sun’s highest and lowest points each year- they are celestial events that have been celebrated by ancient cultures all around the world for centuries. I think it’s incredible how so many ancient sites align with the sun on the solstices, it’s a mystery for sure but I really believe each one can bring a sense of awakening & unique medicine. And today the Sun is at his strongest in the northern hemisphere.

It’s a great day to count your blessings, reflect on your passions and expressions and to be outside. The sun is at its peak so bringing with it illumination & clarity. It’s very fire, masculine, solar plexus vibe. So, you might ask yourself, where am I bringing called to shine with confidence?

I believe solstices are portals for transformation, the more I connect to them year by year, the more I feel the deepest reverence for their mystery and power.

Each solstices for the past few years have been so special! This summer solstice we are at Icaros festival in Portugal, at a Solstice ceremony celebrating amongst different cultures, including the Mexica tribe from Pablo’s lineage. Beautiful synchronicity.

Hi angels.

🕊️ I’ve been offline for over a month, but here’s a little peak into my world and what I’ve been up to. I always dance between loving this space and needing space of my own. I like to lie down the patriarchal structures of ‘doing, doing, doing’ and find my own flow in this mad world. Travelling, questioning the system and dreaming of a brighter future is my one of medicines.

🎒 After spending 4 magical months in Mexico, I flew back to the UK for 8 days to visit my family and see some of my amazing 1-1 clients, then I drove over to Paris to pick up my lover. This was followed by nearly a month in the Netherlands and now we’re on our big drive to Portugal with two months left in Europe.

💞I feel so deeply to not rush any creative work - there is no rush, nature does not rush, everything is birthed exactly on time. The influx of AI is pushing me even more deeply into my own feminine well as I seek to source my creativity from my womb, not my laptop. So, I have lots of ideas and projects I’m working on slowly on the road - as I live cyclically amongst nature, drink my rose tea, kiss my beloved and listen to the wisdom.

🌤️ So, from me, you can expect some different offerings coming in time, my online circles will be back soon, but for now - musings, travel, sharings, love, and whatever else wants to come through.
