🌀 Spontaneity 🌀

A couple of weekends ago, I was in Porto, Portugal. Drinking port wine, exploring the city, vineyards, and restaurants. It was amazing to have some quality time with my fiancé, my mum and her partner. I’ve been away from home again for a couple of months now so it’s great to catch up.

If you don’t know already, Pablo and I are currently on a road trip through Europe. We haven’t planned anything, we’re just flowing with the energy and feeling into what and where feels expansive and exciting.

Anyway, so when we initially drove into Portugal, we checked out some festivals. One in particular that our friend was going to was sold out. I tried to get resell tickets, I spoke to a few people. But nada. It was fine, I surrendered that we weren’t going to go.

Fast forward to this Sunday night in Porto, we are packing and preparing to drive down to the Algarve (south of Portugal / we were currently in the North) when our friend Jess text us to say that .pt needed some last minute volunteers. And it was just an hour and a half away from Porto.

So, I messaged the organisers and just like that, we got our last minute tickets to the festival in exchange for some land care before the festival began. It was kind of surreal but such a magical synchronicity that in the last second, we were able to go.

And wow, we spent 8 days in the magic mountains with the amazing goat community. It was such an inspiring group of souls that gathered and I learned so many things and had so many reflections.

I really do believe festivals and gatherings have the ability to change your life. This whole experience in particular taught me so much about surrender, flow, disconnection from my phone, authenticity, and really the importance of gathering in person.

Yes the online world is important and it is gaining importance more as the digital future takes shape - but I really feel now more than ever we need these in person connections, face to face contact, hugs from strangers that become friends and to be more open to love from others.

Presence is where the magic lies.

Happy summer solstice!! The solstices mark the sun’s highest and lowest points each year- they are celestial events that have been celebrated by ancient cultures all around the world for centuries. I think it’s incredible how so many ancient sites align with the sun on the solstices, it’s a mystery for sure but I really believe each one can bring a sense of awakening & unique medicine. And today the Sun is at his strongest in the northern hemisphere.

It’s a great day to count your blessings, reflect on your passions and expressions and to be outside. The sun is at its peak so bringing with it illumination & clarity. It’s very fire, masculine, solar plexus vibe. So, you might ask yourself, where am I bringing called to shine with confidence?

I believe solstices are portals for transformation, the more I connect to them year by year, the more I feel the deepest reverence for their mystery and power.

Each solstices for the past few years have been so special! This summer solstice we are at Icaros festival in Portugal, at a Solstice ceremony celebrating amongst different cultures, including the Mexica tribe from Pablo’s lineage. Beautiful synchronicity.

Hi angels.

🕊️ I’ve been offline for over a month, but here’s a little peak into my world and what I’ve been up to. I always dance between loving this space and needing space of my own. I like to lie down the patriarchal structures of ‘doing, doing, doing’ and find my own flow in this mad world. Travelling, questioning the system and dreaming of a brighter future is my one of medicines.

🎒 After spending 4 magical months in Mexico, I flew back to the UK for 8 days to visit my family and see some of my amazing 1-1 clients, then I drove over to Paris to pick up my lover. This was followed by nearly a month in the Netherlands and now we’re on our big drive to Portugal with two months left in Europe.

💞I feel so deeply to not rush any creative work - there is no rush, nature does not rush, everything is birthed exactly on time. The influx of AI is pushing me even more deeply into my own feminine well as I seek to source my creativity from my womb, not my laptop. So, I have lots of ideas and projects I’m working on slowly on the road - as I live cyclically amongst nature, drink my rose tea, kiss my beloved and listen to the wisdom.

🌤️ So, from me, you can expect some different offerings coming in time, my online circles will be back soon, but for now - musings, travel, sharings, love, and whatever else wants to come through.

Sister, we are not meant to be living like men. We are not built for the patriarchal structure of living. We need more flow, we need more space, we need more understanding of our bodies. AND importantly, we need to know WHEN to rest and WHEN to take action. The power we can harness when we do this is out of this world. We can’t keep ignoring our bodies anymore and we can’t keep turning to things that numb us, we deserve better care. We are beings that birth and we are here to feel it all🔮. Women are far more mystical and magickal that we have been led to believe it.

Dance de la Luna 🌕🇲🇽🔺⭕️

I had the wonderful invitation and opportunity last weekend to attend and offer support at The Moon Dance in Mexico.

The Moon Dance (Danza de la Luna) is a sacred, ancestral ceremony practiced in Mexico and across Indigenous traditions to honor the divine feminine, the moon, and the cycles of nature. Rooted in the teachings of Nahua and other Mesoamerican wisdom keepers, this powerful gathering brings women together for four nights of prayer, fasting, dance, temezcals, and deep spiritual connection under the moonlight.

The medicine of this ceremony is profound. For me, it’s so incredible to experience my partner’s culture and to welcomed with open arms and with much love. I can see just how powerful this ceremony is for sisterhood, ancestral healing, cleansing, awakening intuition, and for reconnecting with our cyclical nature as women.

And the exciting news is: we’ve been invited to travel for one month in Europe with the Abuelas and the team to give support at the Moon Dances in Spain and France. It’s such an honour and I’m so grateful to be furthering my devotion to the feminine, to healing, and to learn from such incredible souls.

Life has a way of surprising you and opening up opportunities. But first, you must empty the cup.

Every love story is different, here’s ours ❤️

It’s a story of self-worth, trusting the universe and magic. I had an inkling I’d find my love when I was travelling. Perhaps it was the tarot reading before I left, or maybe it was an ancient artefact I saw in Peru in which a maestro told me, “the whole purpose of life is to find our soul mate, we come here as a half, and our journey is to return back to wholeness with our lover.”

Pablo and I are both romantic, old fashioned and complete and utter lovers of love. I feel so lucky that we met at the time that we did, that everything in our lives lined up perfectly for us to be together and build a life together. I feel so grateful every day to have such a kind, hilarious, beautiful, wise and deeply connected man as my partner in life. Who chooses me every single day. I can’t tell you how many women ask me where they can find one like him 🤭

But as my story tells you, it wasn’t always this way. I had to do a lot of work on myself at the start of the relationship to regulate my nervous system to accept this unconditional and devotional love that I had been so deeply craving. I even had therapy because a calm and relaxed love was so foreign to me.

It’s been a journey that has bought me back to myself.

And I tell you this story to hopefully inspire you, to not give up on love, but to love yourself so deeply and with so much passion, that when you meet your love, they reflect that adoration back to you.

And not in an ego-centric way, in a deeply devotional and divine way. A way that tender, compassionate, slow and trusting.
