This year’s Wellness Weekend on Herm runs from Saturday 28th October to Tuesday 31st October.
Our guests will have sole use of the hotel facilities, and share the island only with those who live there.

A full itinerary offering Pilates, Yoga, SoundScape Meditation, Beach BootCamp, Bodyweight based fitness classes, talks and more is available - do as much or as little as you like!

There will be opportunities for sea swimming and nature walks along cliff tops and coastlines to take in the stunning views, as well as time to chill out by a toasty log fire with a coffee and a good book!

Our team of holistic therapists will be on hand to provide Reiki, Hypnotherapy, massage and facials.

Accommodation and full catering will be provided by the The White House Hotel, the jewel in the crown on this award winning island.

✨ Reiki - A Japanese form of alternative medicine believed to involve transferring chi (energy) through one's palms, to stimulate your body’s own natural healing abilities.

✨ Hypnotherapy - The use of hypnosis to treat addictions and phobias, and change unwanted habits and behaviors, induce relaxation, and complement psychotherapy.

As well as offering private home visits, Hayley and Vicki share a therapy space together in Dover, where they work their holistic magic on their clients.

For anyone considering joining us for our Wellness Weekend on Herm ‘23 it’s time to ..

I am Tracey Edwards, founder of Red Ox (Fitness & Events)
This month I celebrate teaching various disciplines of Group Exercise in private venues and leisure clubs for 30 YEARS 🥳

I’m not sure where those years went!

These days our fitness landscape is ever changing and I now provide Zoom Express (online), Outdoor Express (BootCamps) and Zoom Directory (on demand rentals), as well as face to face group classes and 1-1 sessions.

During our Wellness Weekend on Herm, I will be offering our guests Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness and crystal bowl Sound Therapy sessions 💫
I’ve also chucked in a bit of Combat and BoxFit for old times sake 🥊

I am looking forward to meeting you all at this beautiful location, and taking full advantage of the tranquility of the island.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the retreat, so ask away!
