We are offering what people need at the moment, A private training environment for your Personal Training and Private training needs. We have a full commercial gym set up on a smaller scale that allows you to train in total privacy with no one watching you and no one contaminating your airspace, a full decontamination is done between each client. In the gym we have Precor treadmills, Crosstrainers, Dumbells from 1-50Kg, Barbells from 10-50Kg, Adjustable Benches, Squat rack and Olympic lifting area. Combat sports equipment, Battle ropes, Core trainers, Glute Ham Raise machine, and cable machines. You can rent the space to train on your own or for an additional fee have a Personal Trainer train you. The supplements shop is fully stocked with everything you will need from brands such as CNP, Grenade, BSN, Time4 and Mutant. we have over 20 products available in single serving form should you wish to grab a protein to go or try a flavour before committing to purchase a larger tub. There is nothing worse than buying a tub to last you a month and discovering on the first sip that you detest the flavour. Our Kitchen has been put together with the best appliances with the sole purpose of delivering the healthiest meals to you. All of our meals are macro counted with an aim of 40% protein per meal. The menu is yet to be finalised but we are sure you will love what we have in mind.
