Ever notice how it’s easier to open up when you’re warm and relaxed?
Saunas aren’t just good for your body — they’re great for your social life too. Sitting together without phones, without distractions, just sharing the heat… conversations flow more naturally.
In places like Finland, sauna time is community time. It’s where people catch up, unwind, and just be together. The warmth helps melt stress (and social awkwardness), making connection feel simple again.

• running café + sauna solo
• making great coffee

• making great coffee & prepping/cooking food
• 7am starts, 9–11hr days
• Friday & Saturday shifts (+ extra hours possible, but not guaranteed)

Must have barista experience, be confident working independently, 18+, and self-employed.
