Charlotte Jodi Yoga “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” As some of you may know I'm currently training to be a yoga instructor. Namaste

I will be taking classes at 6.30 until 7.45 in the millennium hall Temple Ewell. Then every Tuesday starting from Tuesday 7th January. Taking a class is vital to my training and will help immensely with my practical exams. This class will be based on a beginners and is a relaxing and releasing class. Yoga is a practice to strengthen mind body and spirit.There is no competition and no pressure, Yoga is personal to you and what you get from the practice is your own. Helping with stress, anxiety, mobility and the body's aches and pains. There will be a fee from Tuesday 7th of £6 for drop in sessions or £5 pay in advance. I am happy to set up a standing order, monthly payments or cash. All u need is a mat and a blanket and water. Please message me for information and booking. Also please feel free to invite friends and family and share this event. There is also a possibility of a Saturday morning class Another evening class and a daytime class.
