Sound Bath for Carers – Wednesday 23rd July at 7pm in Sandgate, Chichester Memorial Hall.
I'm really happy to be holding our sound bath in Sandgate – a special evening just for carers, lovingly organised by SE Care Anchor , a wonderful organisation that supports carers in our community.
The session will take place on Wednesday, 23rd July at 7pm, and the venue is fully accessible.
Cost: £15 per person
Please bring your own yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket and cushion.
During the sound bath, I’ll be playing a combination of gong, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, monochord, and gentle percussion instruments. These soothing sounds are designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and create space for deep rest and emotional release.
What happens during a sound bath?
You’ll lie down or sit comfortably as the therapeutic sounds wash over you. There’s no effort required—just space to breathe, unwind, and receive. Many people describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply relaxed afterward.
Why is this good for carers?
Caring for others can be incredibly rewarding—but also exhausting. This sound bath offers a dedicated moment of care just for you, to reset, replenish, and reconnect with your own wellbeing.
Please bring your own comfort items!
To help you feel as relaxed as possible, please bring whatever you need to feel cosy—a yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket, cushion, bolster, eye mask, warm layers, and water bottle. The more supported you feel physically, the deeper you’ll be able to relax.
If you're a carer or know someone who is, we'd love for you to join us.
Feel free to message me with any questions or to book your spot.
With care,
Lily
