== Redefining 50 ==

This was the first of five retreats over the next 10 months — all designed to help us grow, feel empowered and move closer to our goals.

Guided by our mentor Tony Riddle every step of the way, we began by learning how to recognise and correct negative self-talk. We explored how the limbic system tries to keep us comfortable — feeding us doubt, excuses and even creating little aches and niggles to stop us doing something challenging.

Having the tools to understand this — and move through it — has been incredibly enlightening. It already makes our end-of-year challenge feel far more achievable.

Deep teachings, sauna conversations, cold dips, nature walks, nourishing food, family constellations, breathwork, movement and learning how to run properly…

What an amazing start to this 10-month journey.

Exciting times ahead

January can feel heavy.
Short days, long nights, and the after-effects of a busy holiday season often linger far longer than we expect.

This January, instead of pushing through, we invite you to pause.

Our NatLife Escape. Breathe. Reset. Retreat is an intimate, carefully curated experience in Gower, Wales, designed to help you begin 2026 feeling restored, grounded, and re-connected to yourself.

Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, and space for deep rest, you’ll be supported to:
• breathe more freely
• move with greater ease
• and step into the year ahead feeling lighter and clearer

This is a quiet, luxurious reset — unhurried, personal, and intentionally small, allowing time, attention, and care for every guest.

Our last NatLife retreat of the year was truly something special. ✨

Spending time with such amazing humans — breathing together, reconnecting with ourselves, each other, and the natural world — felt deeply nourishing.

We shared beautiful food, meaningful conversations, plenty of laughter, and moments of stillness that helped us reset and soften before the year’s end.

So grateful for the connection, the presence, and the magic that unfolds when we slow down and come together. 💛🌿

We still have 3 spaces on 23rd January retreat…

Struggling to switch off and get a good night’s sleep?
You’re not alone — most people spend their evenings with a nervous system stuck in “go mode.” Even when they’re exhausted… the body doesn’t always know how to slow down.

Here’s the truth:
Sleep isn’t something you force.
It’s something your nervous system allows.

And the fastest way to shift into deep rest?
Breath, gentle movement and real down-regulation.

After driving 5 hours today (and feeling wired), here’s exactly what I used to prepare my body for sleep:

🌿 NatLife Movement — simple natural patterns that release tension from the hips, spine and breath muscles.
🌬️ Breathing Techniques — slow, light nasal breathing to ease the system into balance.
💙 HeartMath Coherence — syncing breath + heart rhythm to drop into calm.
💫 Pulsetto Vagus Nerve Stimulation — a gentle nudge for the body to shift out of high alert.

It’s a system I teach at our retreats — because once you understand how to regulate your nervous system, everything changes:

✨ More calm
✨ Better recovery
✨ Deeper, easier sleep

If you want me to share the exact routine I use before bed, drop SLEEP in the comments or DM me and I’ll send it

Pushing yourself is familiar these days
Softening and slowing… that’s the real practice.

We spend so much of life in “go go go go mode.”
Doing more. Holding more. Giving more.
It becomes automatic — almost like a wave that carries us without asking.

But the skill we’re rarely taught is how to pause.
How to notice the urges to keep going and going…
And to choose to stay with the moment instead of rushing past it.

This is nervous system work.
This is surfing your urges.

It’s learning to feel the rise of tension without reacting.
To feel the pull of overstimulation, but to pause.
Gently come back to your breath, this is what really matters… After a couple of days of meetings and being in london we need to ground ourselves and really pause in nature, get cold and just be… so lucky to live here…
